As I mentioned previously, I was working on getting the email out for the next social series. Well, emails are out and the session is completely booked. I am thrilled that everyone is as excited about this one as I am. I wanted to share the information here too so that those interested can look into the Love 2 Eat classes if interested. I personally attended one of the classes by chef Christina MacHardy last week and was incredibly impressed.
I am maintaining a wait list for this event so please let me know if you are interested.
Tot Shots Social Series - #2
As a Tot Shots client, you are invited to join me for the second of a series of health and wellness seminars that I am planning to put on throughout the year. The topic for this session is "Whole Foods" by Barb Thomas of Love 2 Eat (www.love2eat.ca). I am very excited to have Barb come in and speak. I am personally interested in the information that she is passionate about.
With this session you will learn...
As women, we could all use two things- more time, and more energy! Join Speaker, Holistic Nutritionist, and Owner of Love2Eat Nutritional Consulting, Barb Thomas, RHN, as she discusses tips and techniques to increase your vitality through a Whole Foods way of life. Learn which foods are sucking the energy you do have, and how to add in more good stuff to help you live your life to the fullest. What we put in our bodies directly affects what we get out of life. Let Barb show you how to do it right!
This session will be held at Tot Shots Studio on Tuesday, May 12th, 2009 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Space is limited to 15 and will be reserved in advance. Tot Shots will be assuming the cost for this session as a thank you for your patronage ($65/person value). Please RSVP to jody@totshots.ca and 403.701.0106.
Many attendees from the first social session expressed interest in paying for this evening. I very much appreciate this thought but I am thrilled that I have the opportunity to assist other entrepreneurs and offer a venue to allow my clients gain from my network. However, in response I have registered a team for the Run for the Cure in October (that I will be running in) so if you would like to "pay" for the session please feel free to donate to this great cause that is near and dear to my heart (https://www.cibcrunforthecure.com/html/login.asp?session=y). Donations can be made online so that you receive the tax receipt.
